1. How do I complete an order on your site?

After browsing our site and finding a product that you wish to purchase you will then need to click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button at the bottom of the product information (It should appear after the summary). By clicking the ‘Add To Cart’ button you will be forwarded to the Shopping Cart screen where you can view the content of your cart.

Once you have finished adding products to your cart you can proceed by clicking on the ‘Checkout’ button.

On the Checkout screen you will be asked if you are an existing or new customer. Assuming you are a new customer you can enter your information on the ‘New Account’ link. You will then be required to fill in some Account, Delivery information. Once you have entered the required information you will need to click on the ‘Sign Up!’ button. You will then have an existing customer account created with us, which means purchasing in the future will be faster and more efficient. You can also use our guest check out which will take you to paypal for payment.

 

2. What payment options do you currently accept?

All our payments are made via PayPal,  you can use Visa, MasterCard or American Express also debit cards, bank transfers or use your PayPal account make  payments via Paypal.

For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means you can complete their payments first, and then decide whether to save their information in a PayPal account for future purchases. The checkout is more convenient, resulting in more completed sales and satisfied customers.

However you can just checkout as a guest no need to be a member of Paypal or Theatregold, just look for the Guest Buttons.

3. At what stage am I charged for my purchase?

Payments are made at check out ( which will include goods, handling fee and shipping)

4. Is it safe to purchase from your site?

Yes, When making a purchase from our Online Store (Theatregold.com Memorabilia) all your credit card information will be handled by PayPal no Credit Card Details will be stored or needed by TheatreGold.com.

Only your Name, Address, Phone Contact and Email will be held.

6. How do your delivery rates work and how long does delivery take?

Australia

If you are in a residential area please allow 5 – 7 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you are in a rural area, it may be an additional 1 – 2 business days.Delivery times vary for Standard Delivery within Australia.

World

International shipments take 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch, but allow up to six weeks. Customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs.

Of course delivery could be in a few of days of purchase.

7. I have found an error on your site what should I do?
